Client
Founded in 1983 in France, DomusVi is today one of the world's leading providers of housing, services, and care dedicated to elderly people.
Objectives
DomusVi is a group specialized in the care and accommodation of seniors in dedicated facilities. With nearly 500 residences, DomusVi has significant recruitment and staff training needs for personnel responsible for residents in its facilities. This project is a Deffinum award winner, developed in partnership with Afpa and DomusVi.
Daylindo Solution
The approach combined several components: training users in the AFEST methodology and the Daylindo platform in collaboration with a specialized training organization (OF); custom-designed instructional methodologies tailored to the AFEST modality for the ASMS (Medical-Social Service Agent) and ADVF (Home Assistant) certifications, developed by AFPA; providing the Daylindo platform to facilitate workplace-based training; and dissemination of e-learning materials via Moodle.
Results
Improved Outcomes: the success rate for learners was approximately 50% higher than in traditional programs, demonstrating the effectiveness of the AFEST modality for this audience.
Human-Centric Approach: beyond numbers, workplace-based training proved particularly suited to the human needs of employees: increased confidence, improved digital skills for an audience less accustomed to using professional digital tools, better grasp of the training content, and adaptation to the pace and realities of employees' and work units' day-to-day activity.
This field evidence confirms what we see with other organizations Daylindo works with: it's often for audiences least accustomed to classic theoretical training that the success gap with AFEST is most pronounced.
